𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱) 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀: ■ Any form of physical damage, including cracks, dents, or breakage ■ Damage caused by electrical short circuit, power surge, or unstable voltage ■ Water damage, liquid exposure, moisture, or corrosion ■ Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering ■ Damage due to misuse, negligence, or abnormal usage ■ Normal wear and tear ■ Missing, altered, or illegible serial number, IMEI, or warranty seal 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲: To avail warranty service, the customer must present: ■ Original purchase invoice or proof of purchase ■ Original product box ■ The defective product Failure to provide the required documents and packaging may result in rejection of the warranty claim. 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 (𝗗𝗢𝗔) 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆: If a product is identified as Dead on Arrival (DOA): ■ The product shall be replaced with a new unit of the same model ■ Replacement is subject to technical inspection and verification by XO ■ Bangladesh or its authorized service personnel ■ DOA claims must be reported immediately or within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: ■ All warranty claims are subject to technical evaluation by XO Bangladesh or its authorized service center. ■ XO Bangladesh reserves the final authority to determine eligibility for repair or replacement ■ Decisions shall be made in compliance with reasonable consumer service practices 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: This warranty policy does not limit or exclude any rights provided under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (Bangladesh). Customers are entitled to fair service and transparent communication as per applicable laws.
